There are two main support options that can always be used:
Community - this consists of all the developers and users at webERP including many of those mentioned below. This support mainly consists of using the user and development lists in order to resolve issues. Just subscribe to the list(s) and email to where it says. Most issues can be resolved this way. In addition, the manual, FAQ, history of lists and forums, and the website all readily contain many, many answers.

Writing to personal email addresses of developers for support queries is not appropriate. Pleasse use the webERP email lists.


Company - several companies offer commercial support which may be preferable for many businesses. These companies may offer a support contract that can come with a guarantee of some minimum levels of performance. The companies listed below offer a range of services including:
