The webERP Machine

Comes fully equipped with all the attachments required to process multi-currency accounts receivable, multi-location inventory, multi-currency accounts payable, as well as bank accounts and general accounting.

All attachments have safety guards to ensure that no damage can occur to the data.

It is engineered from the finest materials, being written entirely in PHP. Meticulous attention to detail and careful design has resulted in processing speed and power.

Servicing is made easy with all the source code available under the hood. This also makes performance enhancement a possibility for the more race oriented and a true competitive advantage.

Integration

In the dynamic and often complex business world, communication is key. webERP is integrated software capable of simultaneously performing many functions. Each process uses the latest real-time information after it has been updated by other processes in other parts of the business. Continuous online availability of the current status of every area of the business is a critical advantage in today's fast moving business environment.

Technology

What is perhaps different to many systems is that webERP makes use entirely of Internet technologies to allow for massive scalability. It requires only a minimal bandwidth network connection, a web browser and Acrobat reader. The client software is already familiar to most users. An accounting system designed from the ground up to be easily run as a web application using the open source PHP scripting language.

Any device that can run a web browser can act as a client to this system since there is no reliance on java or other proprietary languages. The system produces plain and simple HTML, which can be readily interpreted by any browser.

Since the underlying programming language, PHP, has native interfaces to many relational database servers and can be used as a module in line with apache, its performance is exceptional. Used on a LAN even with large databases response times should be dramatically better than traditional client/server systems. No other technology is so well tested under load than the web!

Minimal client software required - no java required - just a browser. Some PDA browsers don't have java and some java clients are not always compatible. Java also requires processing power at the client. Only a minimal client machine is required for webERP.
Clean screens with minimal clutter.
Database and data integrity using session data and database transactions.
Simplicity of underlying scripts, to enable them to be quickly and easily understood and modified as required.
