Vtiger CRM Start Up Course
Target:
The aim of the course is to impart knowledge of the application that is necessary for implementing a successful CRM project with vtiger CRM in your organization.

Agenda of the course day:
The morning is used to illustrate the logic of the vtiger CRM, the customer management process, application and presentation of a CRM case study using vtiger CRM.
On the afternoon will be introduced advanced aspects of vtiger CRM such as user profiles, roles, custom fields, reports and group work with simulation of a real case's treatment.
