Custom Support Solutions

Our support contracts offer the following services for your vtiger installation:

Access to our Support Center via phone, using a dedicated service number, and by email. In addition you can also use the Customer Portal on our website for your service inquiries.

We guarantee to respond within the agreed response times (subject to support contract level) and work with you on a solution for your problem.

Most of our support contracts also include remote maintenance and support, for which we require VPN access to your system, or administrative user rights.

Upon request, and subject to the support level purchased, we can create customized updates for you, to account for any adaptations of your system compaired to the standard vtiger installation.

You can of course upgrade to a higher support contract level at any time, should you require more performance or higher availability.

If desired, we can provide you with a customized support contract, to meet any specific needs you might have.
