Support Contract "Silver"
The vtiger CRM support contract "Silver" includes following:
A service number is available for vtiger CRM-questions from Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 18:00 h. Out of business hours you can reach our support center by email or the customer portal and place your inquiry there.
We guarantee a response time of 24 hours. Together with you we will look for a solution for your problem.
This contract also includes remote servicing and support, thus we need a VPN-Access resp. the administrative user for administration.
During the duration of the contract and after consultion with you, new patches and service packs will be installed free of charge. If vtiger CRM was customized during installatio, we will take care, that these changes will be considered while updating or upgrading your system.
Of course you can upgrade your service contract at any time, if you want to profit of better benefits and shorter reaction times.
On request we also submit you a special, completely customized offer, that fits your requirements.
