All Hosting Packages include an installed version of the latest version of vtiger CRM.

During the contract term and after consultation with the client, new patches and service packs will be installed free of charge.

A hotline is available for hosting-questions from Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 18:00 h. Our trouble ticket system can be reached at any time.

Mininum term for the hosting is 6 months. After this period of time you can cancel it 30 days to the end of the month.
