The vtiger CRM Customer Portal is an access point for your customers. Over a special, password protected website your customers get direct access to the Trouble Ticket System (Helpdesk).
Over a knowledge database containing the frequently asked questions (FAQs) you can offer your customers additional information to services and products, which means less work for your helpdesk.
Customerportal members can start threaded discussions to different subjects and discuss issues or problems with other members, thus enlarging the knowledgebase.
The portal can be customized with your CI and made available on your website.
